Meatless Monday: Hummus Wraps!

This is my go to lunch or dinner when the family is having
a meat filled meal and there are no vegan
options available for me without preparing a whole separate meal.


Ingredients:


1 Gluten Free wrap
veggies of choice
hummus of choice


Smear hummus on the wrap and top with the veggies you like.
Roll it up.
Eat.
I always serve mine with some tortilla chips and salsa.


So simple and filling!
